Ukulele in the Classroom:     http://www.ukuleleintheclassroom.com/

Excellent!  — a complete curriculum and collection of resources, for teaching classroom music through the ukulele.  This program along with the resources, was carefully put together by Canadian ukulele virtuoso James Hill and Canada’s ukulele master, Chalmers Doane.  There’s everything here that a teacher needs to implement a quality music education program in the classroom, using the ukulele.  By the way, that’s how James Hill got his start – in the grade 4 classroom ukulele music program in Langley, British Columbia!  Chalmers Doane has been educating Canadians across Canada for decades using the ukulele.  We, (String Along’s — Elayne and Norm Ruplen), got our start years ago, going to Doane workshops, then eventually using the Doane method in our classrooms.  Thanks, Chalmers!
