Mr. John King was most eminent in the classical music genre. The ukulele world is deeply saddened by his untimely death at age 55 on April 3, 2009 He was a very talented, but gentle and humble man. His performance here demonstrates how great a tiny sopranino ukulele can sound in the hands of a master. He was also on the Board of Directors of the Ukulele Hall of Fame Museum (American). We’ll certainly miss John’s beautiful classical music that he played on the sopranino. |
